I started a ticket on this but it got one reply and nothing further?? Ticket ID:201303301001025. I have tried to upload a BDsyslog,but it always says it is encrypted ans asks for a password. No idea what thats about. I just recently bought my first bitdefender anti virus program,and this started happening. It is very annoying,and the lack of consistent help,does not make me a happy camper.
