Locked Out Of Brand New Laptop $2,000+ Out Of Pocket

I installed the anti theft onto my computer to protect it and you guys locked me out


Customer service was terrible and I'm now missing class because I have to get best buy to wipe my laptop and restore it. Please help me ASAP I can't use my keyboard to enter a pin its absurd and unacceptable that on the forums you deleted or edited the post that would have resolved my issues

    Hi Georgia / Team,


    I'm facing the same issue as many other members here.


    I recently upgraded from 2013 to Total Security and decided to try Safe Lock before my trip... It worked so well that I can't unlock now, even when trying with an external USB keyboard.


    Here is my system:


    Windows 8 Pro 64bits


    Sony Vaio laptop SVS131E1DM


    Laptop keyboard / French AZERTY


    Also tried with USB external keyboard / French AZERTY


    Please let me know if you need anything else. I'm flying this Saturday and would like to unlock the computer before.
