Bitdefender Wanring

I cut and paste an image from the internet (from a reputable website) using the Snipping Tool in Windows 8, saved image to a folder I created on my desktop.

Instantaneously after I did this, I got a message form Bitdefender, as seen below

It happens every time I do it now, looked on Google and little help

I am using Bitdefender TS 2013, I ran the images though BD aftert he warning and they are shown as clean

Also, checked online with Virus Scanner and got a 0/46 detection rate

Can anyone advice as I use my PC for work and have some clients details on my PC, I don't use Torrent sites or such like, and use BD to insure my PC safety

Is everything running smooth now? The initial situation is still reproducing?

Do you have all Windows updates installed? If not, your system is vulnerable.

The mentioned detection is for a Windows exploit.
