Hi sorry if this is in the wrong spot,

So today I opened up Bitdefender to run a scan and it lists me as having an infected file(the file in the topic title naturally) from two days ago. I am not sure of this is real or not because I do not remember ever getting a notification from BitDefender on Tuesday, i only just noticed it today.

Im running a system scan as i type this on my phone, so i should know more later. I have not noticed any adverse effects on my PC, it just runs sluggish at times but that's been normal ever since i started running BD.
