Activation Problem
Hi, I've install Bitdefender IS 2013 (English version) and enter the licence key. And I did want upgrade to the Turkish version, and I've uninstall english version. Everything was normal up to here! But when enter the key, I've seen are not accepted. On top of that, I re-installed the English version. But it did not accept my key. What should I do now. Please help for this situation to me.

Upon checking your account, we noticed that you have been using several promotional keys, which have been illegally extended over the years.
As a result, we had to invalidate your current license key. We can, however, re-activate your key if you can provide a proof of purchase for it.
Otherwise, we recommend you to purchase a new Bitdefender product in order to keep your devices safe.
