  • Hi coolkik, and welcome :)

What sort of error message are you getting, during a scan, after a scan? Could you run the scan again, and post a image of the error?

    Thank you,

    Scott

  • Hi and Welcome

Kindly share us the system specs and OS detail and also attach the snapshot of the error.

First try Quick Scan, then run Full Scan.

By the way I suspect that there are traces/leftovers of previously installed Antivirus on your system. If I am right, kindly spare your time to read this post

    Best of luck.

    Hello and welcome, coolkid!

Please please post here a support tool log to see what is wrong:

    http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=29927

If the file is too big to attach, upload it on

    http://www.sendspace.com or http://www.mediafire.com

    and post the download link.

Also, let me know if the scan always stops at the same path/file/etc. If yes, please post a screen shot with the exact name and location of it.

If you were already asked to generate the above log, disregard the above message and just post the ticket ID.

    Thank you.
