Rescue Mode Permanently Switched On

Hello. Every time I turn on my laptop Rescue Mode comes up, enabling me to either choose to start Windows normally or go into Rescue Mode, how do I turn this feature off and just have my laptop booting up normally again? Any help would be gratefully appreciated, thankyou.

Running: Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 and Windows Vista Home Premium

Hi and Welcome to the forum

First boot in to Rescue Mode and either restart or shutdown from there, then again reboot your system in Normal Mode and this time when you restart or shutdown your system the Rescue Mode entry should disappear. Otherwise use EasyBCD tool to delete the Rescue Mode entry from startup.
