Trojan.agent/gen.bifrose Aka Gen-downloader Detected

My XP computer was not able to update the .Net2 framework. When I went to download it manually the web page gets covered over making the download button inaccessible.

I am still scanning but thot you should know.

Does anyone know if finding the infected files will result in fixing the computer or am I hosed?

What is the recommended procedure?

I removed the items SUPERAntiSpyware found but still can't access the MS download page associated with the .NET 2 update. Most of the page is covered over by a gray box; see attached png image file of browser page.

Please scan the PC with Bitdefender to check for any issues and then reset the browser to default settings:
