Upgrade Does Not Accept License

Hi,

As per the advise I got from the technical support(http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=44471) I upgraded my "BitDefender Internet Security 2012" to "BitDefender Internet Security 2013" from http://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-...r-2013-711.html.

I still have about 150 days left in my BitDefender Internet Security 2012. But after upgrade when I enter the license key of "BitDefender Internet Security 2012" I get a message that the key could not be validated. I have attached the screenshots of the relevant pages.

What should I do to resolve this issue?

I see that my Customer Care colleagues already provided you with the corresponding key for Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 via ticket ID 201306221005044.
