Bsod While Device Detection Scan

Today I plug-in USB flash memory in my system which has some infections and perform Device Detection Scan, but there occur BSOD while scanning the infections . To my surprise when I perform the Contextual Scan of the same drive by right clicking on the Drive, Bitdefender successfully detect the infections and display the Scan Results and ask for action.

So whats the strange situation is this? Why the same infections are detected by Contextual Scan and with Device Detection Scan, BSOD occur?

Recently i posted a thread about BD service being horrible, it got deleted and censored. Summarizing what i did post:

1)Lately Spam gets into the forum and stays for hours even days... for example.

2) Things being detected after years on being on my computer.

3)Issues being posted here and no one from the support team do something about it.

4)Threats being detected by BD after other AVs.

5)... and constructive criticism being deleted like this post in a few hours or days.
