Disinfection Failed

I'm running bitdefender on my iMac and there are two malwares that couldn't be disinfected. I'm really new to this so I don't know what to do about them. This is what I have on my screen:

Please tell me what to do about them...

The issue is located in your email client. Please empty the Spam/Junk and the Trash/Deleted Items folders and also delete any unknown emails that have files attached.
