Exploit Msword

Hi!

About two weeks ago I started facing a malware problem in my computer. Whenever a Word (2013) document is open, it will trigger an attempt to save an auto recovery file (that always ends up failing) and activate a malware that is blocked by BitDefender (Total Security 2011).

Besides having scanned many times the entire system with BitDefender, I've already tried to manually remove the file (C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\Exploit.MSWord.Gen.7) in Windows safe mode (with Safe Restore deactivated), but nothing worked out, for the malware always seems to come back. I have investigated the registry files, but I didn't see anything apparently suspicious there (although I am not skilled in doing so...).

What should I do?
