Unable To Enter Pin To Unlock

Hi,


I'm not able to enter PIN on my laptop, keyboard is not responding. Usb keyboard doesn't help.


Please help.

    This pin that you mention, are you referring to your Windows user password? It's not clear to me.


    I assume this happened after installing Bitdefender?


    Have you tried safe mode?

    Well, I just looked at your previous posts and noticed you are locked out of your laptop due to antitheft.

    Sorry I didn't mentioned. Computer is locked with bitdefender anti-theft. Running win 8 64bit. Caps-lock key led flashing and it does not seems to respond at all. Also this is ultrabook, so no CD Rom and I'm not able to start in safe mode with F8.

    Unfortunately I don't have CD-rom nor rescue CD. There is rescue partition but I can not access it and I also don't want to go this way. I just need to unlock the anti-theft. It's my computer and I know the correct PIN. But the keyboard doesn't work (headbang)
