Hi. I have Bitdefender 2013. I have been having issues with my computer freezing up, which I initially thought was a hardware issue. That is until I noticed that every time it initially freezes up I have firefox open, and even after closing it my computer will keep freezing up until I restart. I am currently re-installing firefox after completely wiping it from the appdata folder, and will see if that helps, but noticed something strange while I was in that folder.
A file named "Roaminguser_gensett.xml" is in my appdata folder and a couple other files with gensett in the name are in the Bitdefender folder. Is this actually something that should be there?
