Merging Keys For Bis 2013

Hi
Can you help me with merging keys?
I bought today 2 licenses for bis 2013 and one of them i have added key on my products page but keys did not merge. Second license( for my laptop) i have added on bis 2013 installed on laptop and everything goes succesfull-days merged.

Unfortunately, we cannot merge your two license keys as one of them is a promotional one (PC Welt promo).
The following Bitdefender keys will not be merged:
- pack (e.g. Sphere, Family)
- special (e.g. Lifetime, POSA)
- promotional (e.g. YODA, PC Welt)
- trial
- OEM
