Did Not Receive The License Key

Dear team,
I renew my bitdefender subscribition this year (and opt for an upgrade)
I paid and got a confirmation email from avangate that my payment went through.
However I did not get the license key from Bitdefender ( 4 hours ago I did that)
The status from avantgate is :
Payment was authorized by the bank. The order is under evaluation. You will receive additional information by email concerning the order review.
My order number is :
