Why Can Not Update My Version?!

I am very VERY SAD about being in the middle of my version of license and have already been launched a new version of BitDefender Total Security - which I CAN NOT DOWNLOAD FREE.

At home we have 4 computers, with separate licenses and ALL NOT INTEND renew any disrespect for finding it!

Why can not I have that if my product be in force is still active and I am entitled to updates?

you can, to upgrade, it is recommended to make a note of the license key code then uninstall the existing version using the uninstaller that comes with it either on the start menu or through windows control panel. then restart and run the corresponding removal tool from here:

restart again and run the installer for the new build
