I tried Bitdefender internet security 2013, I really liked it. So I purchased 3 Pc 2 year code,
I still had a few days of trial but I got the message
"The license key you have entered is currently used in the product. You cannot register the product twice with the same key"
I contacted bitdefender support (They were not helpful) 
" /> after 4 or 5 emails in 7 days. I download the removing tool , unistalled Bitdefender, Re installed it and When asked me for the code I entered and I got a message that says I could not register my code because I was not connected to the internet.
I tried putting the code again and I got "The license key you have entered is currently used in the product. You cannot register the product twice with the same key" again.
I have been looking around and nobody seem to have the answer (much less Bitdefender Reps)
PLEASE I BEG ANY NICE SOUL TO SHED TO LIGHT INTO THIS. 
I was able to use the code on another computer one day before I tried it on mine. I have a toshiba and I run XP
