So, due to my work offering me a better security package than what I bought from Bitdefender and at least on par with Bitdefenders most expensive product (and for free), I decided to request a refund. I requested my refund a few hours after my purchase (yep, the offer from my work came almost at the same time as purchasing Bitdefenders Anti Virus 2014), so naturally this is well within the 30 day refund time limit.
I sent a refund request from the form provided here: http://www.bitdefender.com/support/contact-us.html#refund - since I bought the product through bitdefender.com.
"We are available 24/7 to give you assistance." it says on the support site, but now roughly 36 hours have passed since I sent my refund request and I have heard nothing.
Or maybe I have - I am told nowhere how I will receive a reply. I know that I have not received any e-mail and nothing appears at https://my.bitdefender.com/en_us/my/. ANd not automated "You have sent us a customer support ticket."
However, since I had to go to Avangate to cancel the automatic renewal, there might be a site I don't know of where my customer service replies end up. Where can I see my active customer support tickets?
The e-mail address I attached to my refund request is the same as listed on this forum profile.
