Corporate Efax Malware

I received an e-mail with an attached zip file, supposedly from Corporate eFax.

The zip file contained an executable, disguised with a PDF icon.

I'm sure this is malware. But even after extracting it from the zip file, it was not identified as malware by a BitDefender scan.

What is the process for submitting a sample?
