    admin giorgia please help me i post many times here now im using my friend laptop now i have a project presentation in my company i need to print outs 60 page from inside my laptop my laptop is sony vaio e series i5 windows 8 product name: SVE15136CAS. if i cannot open this now i will be end for my termination in my company pease help me i need your help badly and desperately.. please help me how to open this pleasse...

    Hi i have installed bit defender total security 2014 on my windows 8.1 64 bit laptop. I have activated safelock and entererd a pin. after reboot my laptop is locked and keyboard not working . I have tried usb keyboards but it doesnot work. even system restore and system recovery is not working. plz help me to unlock my laptop . i dont want to fomat my laptop. plz help
