Hi i have installed bit defender total security 2014 on my windows 8.1 64 bit laptop. I have activated safelock and entererd a pin. after reboot my laptop is locked and keyboard not working . I have tried usb keyboards but it doesnot work. even system restore and system recovery is not working. plz help me to unlock my laptop . i dont want to fomat my laptop. plz help
