Hi, as many others in this forum :


I have lost the password I created when first starting to use Bitdefender. When I use the "forgot password" I do in fact receive a logon reset email and it even looks like a logon reset link, but it simply ends up on the logon page... So I cannot reset the password and therefore can't log on.


I saw everyone ended with this ussue through PM Christian. So Christian, if you read this post...
