Some Virus And Properly Not Working

hello,

I need some help. I know i have a virus of somsort and my trend is not picking it up. some of the file names are like TROJ_RANKY.L and some other's. The names show up when i start a scan but they stay UN Dectecded. Does anyone tell me what is wrong?
