Bsod When Installing Bd Av Free

I just bought a new computer and read tons of amazing reviews about this product. I tried installing it twice now, and both times, I got the BSoD.

I haven't done much to this computer except install the drivers + Chrome and Silverlight. I am using Windows 7 64 bit.

I also found 2 files (same size) under Windows -> Minidump that I'm guessing were generated when I got the two BSoD.

Have you ever close windows's Firewall and windows's Update? And you can delete the two files which you say.

I hope your problem can be solve as soon as possible.
