this might be a bit strange:
I installed bitdefender antivirus plus 2013 onto my PC, my lap top and my wife's lap top. However her lap top was too much slowed by antivirus so I replaced it by something else. 3 days ago my wife's lap top lost internet connection due to wi-fi card reported not being installed properly. As I believed that there is hardware problem I tried installing it again, only to find out that the lap top lost LAN networking capability due to network card disappearing on it own. Then access to google chrome was blocked, to be followed by lap top being almost unresponsive, antivirus failed to work with applications being blocked one by one. At the moments I could by chance establish internet connection for a very short time. Tried to install avast, it did not work as update was blocked and firewall could not be enabled. I tried to install my remaining licensed copy of Bitdefender but it could not download reporting files are corrupt. I managed to install trial version of bitdefender antivirus plus; it removed 5 weak viruses (files being recognized as virus), but soon after that it could not update, and today it could not start at all. I downloaded virus removal tool Trojan.Ransom.Icepol, it could only start scanning but would report it finished in a second; same with some other trojan removal tools. Only unified launcher sirefef could scan the system but without any results.
Someone, please help?!
