Upgrade E-mail Problems

I have received an e-mail from Bitdefender for an upgrade -with discount- for my product Bitdefender Total Security, although i have still 6 months to go.


Now i have bitdefender only running on 1 pc and thus a single license. I would like to have a multi-device license so i thought i would like to upgrade so i can install a new Bitdefender Total Security multi-device product on 2 pc's(or 3 actually). But this product is offered in english and english version and i am dutch having a dutch version. How can i proceed this offer for a dutch version?
