Activation Failed

Hi,

I have been using BD IS for a few years now and after buying another key (eBay) I re-activated. BD 2013 has been working fine until today where it now says that my activation is invalid.

I've done a search of the forum for other similar problems and found one by Noel Clover. Following that example to take the repair option (shown how by this link http://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-...ender-1087.html (I'm on Vista 64bit on 2 PCs and Win 7 on another) and restarted, but no luck.

When I log onto my BD online Dashboard account the status shows over 639 days left but says there are problems, and there is a Fix All button. I tried this but it didn't work.

Any ideas please, or have I just purchased a dodgy activation code?

As far as I can see, your Bitdefender Internet Security license key was invalidated on 2013/11/06 due to fraud. It was a single PC key, however it was used by multiple users all around the globe.

To avoid such issues in the future we advise you to purchase Bitdefender only from authorized resellers.
