Suspicious Window + Popup

I am not very experienced in the ways of Bitdefender. Hope my "report" is appropriate

Today while browsing through Google result items.

Sudden new Firefox Window with overlaid Popup ...

URL:= http://downloadally.com/a/update/browserIN...LjQ0Ljg5LjIxKAE.

1. The globe image is a rip off of Mozilla Firefox

2. I updated FFox 24 hours ago.

Its probably pestware and maybe malware. I do not have facilities to test.

If I have done the wrong thing please advise.
