How Do I Remove An Infected Item?

Hello,

When I ran a scan of my Facebook page, the following showed as infected:

Change Your Faceb00k Color http://colorjeste.blogspot.com/

I haven't clicked it, etc., and I assume it is a virus. However, when I clicked the red shield icon it gave this message: Oops! Bitdefender Safego says this post looks fishy! To check it, go to http://www.facebook.com/Bitdefender.safego/. Of course, when I go to the page, it's just the general Safego Facebook page, and there are hundreds of posts, but none telling me how to remove this.

So, how do I go about removing that from my Facebook account?
