Tilon Malware, Not Caught

we are having problems with this today, our on line account was blocked by Lloyds due to this trojan

we have run mcafee, Hitman Pro, Macafee stinger, Superantispyware, Malwarebites

still cannot use on line accounts

Lloyds have been totally unhelpful and suggest i call our it dept i.e. myself.

having spent most of today and yesterday trying to sort this out, i have absolutely no confidence that Lloyds have the slightest idea about this - they don't live in the real world.

it has taken multiple calls and finally got the account unlocked, but they really have no idea or no concern.

As a shareholder and taxpayer, as well as a customer, the service was appalling.
