Pop-up message received to renew early, clicked link that took me to page
http://.bitdefender.co.uk/media/html/en/renewal/2014/ts*****l with page header Bitdefender 2014.
I then renewed on above page link to website h***s://store.bitdefender.com/order/finish.php?CART_ID=9*2*8*5*...
So as far as I see I have renewed at Bitdefender. On My Bitdefender account my expiry is shown as 88 days, on my PC BDTS 2013 it is shown as 543 days. On the page above (bitdefender.com) there is a box with ‘Need assistance’ and the name 'avangate' at no point until the order thank you did I note any reference to the fact that I was not purchasing from Bitdefender. I now see from the forum that avangate appears to be a 3rd party seller.
So, although all details and webpages are Bitdefender.co.uk or Bitdefender.com I have been misled into renewing with a 3rd party seller and not Bitdefender.co.uk or Bitdefender.com at all!!! Is this right and if so why mislead your customers in this manner? I still have BDTS 2013 and not the promised NEW 2014 version so the renewal promise of "Whichever option you choose, here is what you get:" is a lie or I have been misled, or maybe the renewal is a scam?

I certainly do not have what I have paid for, how do I go about getting a refund from avangate as I did not receive what was advertised?
This is misrepresentation of the first degree.
Your product maybe good but this sales practice and confusion to your customers and comments on the forum are costing you sales, the old saying "digging your own grave" is apt here.
