Hi i don't want the subscription as i am not using bit defender any more any how you cut off my $50 which i want as a refund back please do it as soon as possible, hope to receive a positive reply as soon as possible.

    i have already done that, i have mailed them i also had a chat with the representative , She told me that she escalated the issue, i dont know whether she escalated the issue or not.!!


    What to do please suggest me?

    You should give them a week or so to process your refund. If it does not appear, re-contact Bitdefender orders representatives and ask to speak to a supervisor.
