License Key Is Invalid - Internet Security 2014

I am using Bitdefender Internet Security 2014 product for last 6 months. I have Active subscription for next 629 days


Suddenly from last week, I am getting error as my license is invalid :wub:


I raised a ticket as well, but lost my ticket #. I didn't get any mail for the raised ticket and no reply from Bitdefender support


Confused and helpless -_-

    You should send in another customer support form as Bitdefender are the only ones who can help with this and have access to all your details.

    I wish to inform you that the license key registered on your Bitdefender account is part of a promotional campaign that has ended. A free 90day subscription was offered free of charge, however due to a technical issue, it was extended beyond the initial expiration term.
