I just reinstalled bitdefender internet security and when im in mybitdefender i can see my android (mobile security) but I dont see my pc anymore... ?!?!?
How long ago is "just". I have noticed in the past that it takes time for everything to filter through the servers/system.
30-40 minutes ago.... thanks... i will wait to see didnt know it takes time
still dont see my computer on mybitdefender...
OK, you can try re-linking.
Linking again to a BD device
You can link again a device to MyBitdefender as follows:
- bring up the Bitdefender interface
- click the MyBitdefender button (located in the upper right corner of the Bitdefender program installed on your PC)
- from the drop-down menu select the option "Account settings"
- click on "Login with another account"
- enter your e-mail address and the password previously chosen for MyBitdefender and click on "Login to MyBitdefender"
- restart the PC
- wait a few hours then check if the device appears in the online platform MyBitdefender.
