Pop Up Says Licence Has Expired But It Hasn't
I have been trying for days to contact you on chat and by customer support but have not received any response so my only option
is to add this to the forum.
I purchased bitdefender total security in December and it now says that my licence is invalid when it should have 600 days left,
can you let me know what is happening

I did not get a ticket number, there was just a green banner across the screen that said that my mail had been successfully sent.
on the chat button advisors were not available and then the option came up to send the question as mail which I did.
