Antivirus Plus Bought - Payment Not Recognised

Dear Bitdefender,


I purchased Bitdefenfer Antivirus Plus (3pcs for 1 year) at $49.95 direct from the Bitdefender Site yesterday (04.08.14). However, the program gave me a pop-up telling me "30 days left" on evaluation version and the option to buy! Logged into "My Bitdefender" and under "Products" are 2 programs:


1. On top is my purchased program with the licence (activation) key and a "Renew" link. "Renew" just sends me to the checkout screen, TO PAY AGAIN for the porduct I just bought.


2. Below is the Evaluation version, which is the one on my machine, that states under "Subscription" - '30 days left'.


Please tell me how to access the program I already paid for.
