Bd Reports Virus But Fails To Remove It.
My computer is a Dell N7110 that seems to have a serious malware problem that BitDefender can't handle. During a system scan, most counters, (time left, expired)
don't report accurately. BD reports many viruses, but is unable to clean any of them. The last system scan took 2 hrs 55 minutes to complete on an almost empty
computer. Can anyone out there help?

i havent been using this forum for a while but today i have it seems to be the same as before NO REPLY from the teckies.
have you solved the problem?
if not download malwarebytes in safe mode with networking (press F8 on boot up)scan in safe mode.
ORR try BD rescue mode.

I'm unable to save scans directly to a file so they are saved as a snip.
The quick scan shows no problems, but a system scan says it will take 26 hours to complete.
