How long does it take customer support take to get back to you ?

I have a security issue with safepay where the password is being shown as you type it ... I have reported this on 24/04/14 7:02pm ... it is now 27/04/14 8:28am ... I think this is an unreasonable turnaround time for a security issue ...

Except for the file on my desktop, I have not even had an acknowledgement of my request for help
.
I am very reluctant to use safepay whilst this issue is present which is restricting me making and receiving payments
.
I think this time delay is completely unreasonable
