Vault Failed To Open

HI,

I am using Total Security 2013, I had created a vault File and have been using it for past few months, Until past two days, it has refused to Open.

When Input the Password, I get a pop up saying

BIT DEFENDER TOTAL SECURITY

The open operation failed.

I am sure that i am putting the correct password because i use almost on a daily basis,,

I have a number of important file...

need help how to access it

Firstly as you are posting in the 2013 forums I would strongly suggest that you update to the 2014 version, it is free and all the details and instructions are here -

Secondly if the password is not working then please contact Bitdefender for details of how to deal with it, as it is security related they will not post the answer on the open forum.
