    Are you trying to create a MyBitdefender account with the same email you used to register on the Bitdefender Forum?


    As Charyb already suggests, open a different web browser, go to https://my.bitdefender.com/en_us/my/#page=main.create and create a fresh Bitdefender account. Then, open the Bitdefender product installed on your computer and choose 'Login to an existing account'. Use the same credentials as you did when opening the account via the browser.
