Bitdefender Internet Security 2014 - License Key Issue

Need some help here.


Had purchased the 5PC's - 2 Year (1 Free 1) License


Had it installed on 2 PC's so far and both of it mention that it is not able to validate the license key therefore reverted to 30 days trial.

    If you bought the licence from one of Bitdefenders Partners Groups then you will have to contact them to get it cleared up, If it was direct from Bitdefender (via Avengate) then please send an email to BD and they will sort it out for you.

    Welcome to the Bitdefender forums, Benny.


    My colleagues from Commercial Service looked into this. The license key was invalidated due to a breach of contract and you need to contact the reseller to address this matter.
