Adaware.agent.obn Virus - How To Remove

My laptop is an Acer Aspire 7736G and if is running Windows 8.1. i have Bitdefender Total Security . A couple of days ago it reported a virus, saying that it could not deal with it unless I did a restart. It took two restarts before it cleared. Yesterday it returned and this time it would not clear with several restarts. The report is as below

The file C:/Windows/System32/drivers/{29b136c9-938d-4d3d-8df8-d649d9b74d02}Gw64.sys.tmp has been detected as infected. Bitdefender could not clear the item. A reboot is required to complete the cleaning process. Virus name : Adware.Agent.OBN

How do I get rid of this? Thanks

once again the BD teckies are nowere :Try running rescue mode in antivirus options. failing that download malwarebytes and do a full scan.
