[Submitted to Testing team] Unable To Load Mybitdefender

Hi guys, i have a weird problem when i try to access to mybitdefender. No matter what i try i received an error : ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT


Because of that i cant log in an activate my licenses. If someone knows how to fix this annoying issue i would appreciate your help :)


Im running bitdefender ts 2014 on windows 8 Pro x64.


Tried over all internet browsers but i received the same error.


Tried over bitfender ts user interface but i receive an error which saids that bitdefender services are not responding. Please restart your system and try again to activate the product. Followed the instructions lots of time but still not working at all, i even uninstalled the product with the right tool and reinstalled few times but still not working.


Now im really worried about it because i have a few new licences that i'm not able to use because of that.

    I dont use proxy at all.


    I can't even connect to update server to kept my product up to date -.-" I've been talking to support guys a lot but nobody find the way to fix this issue > <
