Cant Activate On Mac, Account Email Not Activated

I purchased the family bundle of BitDefender to install on my families 5x PC's (and Mac).

I purchased and installed and activated on my Widows PC first. My BitDefender works but did prompt me to activate my email. Coinsidently at the same time my domain and email went down for maintenance (domain status http://status.jumba.com.au/) and the account activation email bounced.

I cant seem to find the option to resent the email verification link.

When I try and install now on my mac it reports "Account creation pending, Please try again.".

Plus the track my PC reports my PC is in Europe and not Australia?
