Bitdefeder Safe Lock - Conputer Completely Locked Out
Hello,
When I was working on my laptop windows rebooted and asked for a pin.. i can't type or do anything. I am really upset because I need this pc. Every time I reboot it my keyboard is going nuts with flashing lights all over the place please help me.
Windows 8.1 64x
Sony Vaio
Bitdefender Total security 2015 (beta)
Anti theft lock (Bitdefender safe lock)

Thank you, I just did this. but usually the support is not so quick. I've read there's a method to remove the lock but this can not be posted on forums for obvious reasons. could you pm it to me?0 -

Sure I'll do that, I'm beta testing the 2015 version anyway.

Hi, I'm glad I to say I can now finnally get into windows again,
The process itself was pretty simple after, just by deleting ****** file from ******
I did need to make a ubuntu live usb though because I couldn't boot into bitdefender rescue mode.

Thank you for your feedback.
The reported issue is fixed via a product update that was released yesterday for Bitdefender 2014 and it the fix will also be integrated in Bitdefender 2015 Beta 3.
