Disabling Licence Key...

Wierd question but... is there any way to desactivate a licence key when a customer doesn't want to pay for it?

The key is registered to the email user but I can access his bitdefender account.

Hiya,

If you don't mind me saying but it sounds a bit suspect to me. Once a key has been activated it counts down to end of life whether it is used or not, however, this is something you need to take up with Bitdefender as I think they are the only ones who can disable a licence key -
