Hacked By Bitdefender!

I thought I was being hacked by someone. And I did! By Bitdefender. I'm stuck on the computer with Windows 8.1. This one is written on the old one with Vista Home Premium. You have to help me. Now! I tried pressing F9. F10, and so on an on and on. I've been told I could use EasyBCD, but it's not for Windows 8.1..

Oh yes - by the way, this is written on NeoSmart's own website: EasyBCD can’t fix a PC that won’t boot.
