Dashboard Not Working

Since upgrading to the 2015 version of TS, I have noticed that the online Dashboard under "My Bitdefender" is not picking up this installed version?

    Yes, I noticed this myself 2 weeks ago. Lots of bugs with this version. Apparently Q&A is gone downhill with this product since version 2014.

    Same thing here for both of my installed Android phone and several computers. I am also occasionally getting "Unexpected Error" when trying to use the Anti-Theft module.


    I thought this was out of beta? <_<

    When I first installed 2015 the dashboard was not working, refusing to show my PC or laptop, it also at one stage said I had no devices at all but now it works fine - including location of mobile/tablet. However, seeing other reports like those above it is definitely intermittent and needs BD to check it out.

    Have you tried opening the GUI, choosing "Account info" from the top dropdown and used the "Log in with another account" but entering the same account details as you did before? If that is going to work it may take a few hours to filter through the servers.


    Bitdefender staff don't always see or maybe don't always have the answer to respond on the forum, that is why it is always better with a problem like this to send in a contact form to get it sorted out.

    Yes. Signing out and signing in was one of the first things I did on one of my PCs, and I also uninstalled and reinstalled on my Android phone. No good.


    Getting help when submitting a support ticket has always been hit or miss. If it is something simple on the user-side the response has been very quick. Anything else I get the "issue will be fixed in the next update" response, in which case the issue may or may not be resolved. Besides, this is a support forum, correct? Bitdefender should staff it accordingly.

    Only my 2015 products are affected, 2014's work fine for me.
