How Can I Contact Customer Service
Hi there,
I have recently bought 2015 total protection. In the process of buying I have been overcharged twice.
I have sent 2 email tickets over a week a go and got no response to either.
Does anyone know another way to get in touch with this company?

I assume that you bought the program through Avangate/Bitdefender, if so the only way to contact them is through the support link. If you bought it from another source you will have to contact them.0 -

I've still had no response to my 2nd ticket which explained why I wasn't happy with what I paid.
The number was: 2014083008520003
I was going to send a 3rd one asking for full refund under the 30 days guarantee, but I don't think I actually sent it.
Please let me know how best to proceed.0 -
