Good Afternoon,
My company users N-Able with integrated AV Defender software (powered by Bitdefender), and I have been receiving notifications for a program called Application.Spy.Mailpig.A on one of our users.
The instance cannot be automatically cleaned, even after I set a more aggressive scan and clean policy.
There is surprisingly very minimal information on this instance, the only hits I got were a link to a post on this forum (which ends with 'issue still exists, please help' 3 years ago), and several junk sites.
Application.spy.mailpig.a, (disinfection failed)
Can anyone provide additional information as to how to remove this application? It is currently located in the user's archive.pst file, and AV Defender is unable to do anything other than Deny/Ignore
Thanks in advance!
